The benefits of dark chocolate are greater than you think

Chocolate is the food of the gods, and a recent study by Harvard examined over 31 000 Swedish women ate chocolate. The scientists conclude that those who ate an average of about two servings of chocolate, 32% lower risk of developing heart failure, while those who ate one to three servings, each month, 26% lower risk.
