EASY CHOCOLATE PECANS
3 eggs, lightly beaten.
1 cup of corn syrup, light or dark is fine
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoon butter, melted
4 square (1 oz each) SEMISWEET chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves

1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
3/4 cup of very hot water
1 cup of heavy cream
10 1/2 oz SEMISWEET chocolate
6 oz white chocolate in the garnish, optional
If you are using white chocolate for decoration, finely grate on the plate with vegetables with a potato peeler. Relax, until needed.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the BOTTOM of the two-inch round cake pans and line with parchment paper; set aside.
